Responsibilities:
1.ToprovidetechnicalsupporttoAsia-PacificRteamsfortheselectionoffastenersormaterials;
2.Tocontributetothedefinitionofthetechnicalstandards(rules)forthegroup;
3.TopromoteSchneidertechnicalrulesandbestpracticesrelatedtomaterialandfastenersbywritingguidelinesordirectives;
4.TocapitalizeandsharetechnicalknowledgeamongSchneiderentities;
5.Tocontributetothedefinitionofthepurchasingstrategyofthegroup;
6.ToprovidesupportofAsia-PacificRteamsforthelocalizationoffastenersormaterial;
7.Tocontactsupplierstobeinformoftheevolutionoftheiroffer;
8.Tovalidatethecreationofnewcomponentsanddrivetheirqualification;
9.Tomanagethecorporatecomponentdatabase.


Requirements:
1.GoodknowledgeofMechanicalEngineering.MasterdegreeinMechanicsormaterial;
2.Asuccessfulexperience(>2years)indesignispreferred;
3.Goodknowledgeonmetallicmaterial,surfacetreatments,coatings,thermaltreatmentsandothermetalprocesses;
4.Goodnotions(ormore)inFasteners(Screw,rivet,nuts,washers,…)andplasticmaterials;
5.Familiarwithnationalandinternationalstandardsformetal(GB,JIS,AS/NZ…)
6.Knowledgeoftheworldwidemarket,suppliersandtechnologyofmetallicmaterialsandfasteners;
7.ExcellentcommunicationskillsincludingwrittenandspokenEnglish;
8.Abilitytoworkefficientlyaspartofaworldwideteamandinternationalnetwork;
9.CommittedtoQuality;
10.Proactiveapproachtoachieveobjectivesandtosolveproblems.
